8 Days, 7 nights Horse Riding Adventure

Our airport representative will be waiting for you with a name sign and will organize and pay the visa fee for you. The airport rep will walk with you through customs and to the luggage hall and will bring you to the driver at the arrival hall. (Flight number and time) The driver will be waiting in the arrival hall with a name sign Transfer to your Hotel in Amman, overnight in the hotel including bed and breakfast. There are many nice restaurants where the clients can have their dinner. The hotel is located close to the shopping street and nice restaurants.

After the breakfast check out with your luggage and transfer to Wadi Rum (3.5 -4 hrs. drive) Our contact person will be waiting for you at the visitor center of Wadi Rum, he will arrange the entrée tickets of the protected area of Wadi Rum For you, the Bedouin driver will take you in his jeep to start your half day jeep tour, within the Jeep tour, you will see Laurence spring, Khazali canyon, the inscriptions, sand dunes, Burdanh and Um Frooth bridge. When you are hungry, he will park in a shaded area and the chef will prepare a nice BBQ Lunch for you. Transfer in 1.5 hr. drive to Petra to check in at hotel in the tourist street. Dinner we can recommend the Sun City & Al Qantarah restaurant, they serve good local food in a nice setting, at Sun City you can eat a la cart and at Al Qantarah they serve local meals. Overnight at the Hotel, including bed and breakfast.

After breakfast, In the visitor center, we will prepare your Petra entrance ticket and we will gather you with your professional English tour guide to continue your visit with him, Your guide is the expert about the site so he will escort you along 5 km to explore the highlights of Petra starting from the visitor Centre for 2.5 hours to explore few carved facades for 1 km before reaching the 1.2km long Siq (The natural ancient main entrance leads to Petra which is considered as fascinated as The Treasury), many sculptures laying on both sides, religious niches and water channels, the end of the Siq is the breath-taking sight of the Treasury. To continue Walking to the Street of Facades, passing the Nabateans Theatre to reach the Royal Tombs, See the colonnaded street, Temple of the Winged Lions and The Great Temple, to continue exploring by yourself some other monuments, don't miss the hike to the monastery or the high place of sacrifice. There are also 2 restaurants in Petra, a local one for 10 JOD per person and the Crown Plaza buffet for 17 JOD per person. There are also a lot of shops where you can buy water, drinks and souvenirs. Enjoy your day in Petra. Optional: You can participate in Petra Kitchen, cooking with local people led by a chef from 18.30 until 21.00 or a little later. The price includes 3 course meal/ menu to prepare with other guests and then to eat. Water tea, coffee and soft drinks are included (Alcohol is available but you need to pay extra for this) Other options are: *Visit a local Turkish bath for the use of the steam room, body scrub and soap *Petra by night, only on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday from 20.00 pm-22.00 pm.

This morning after breakfast be ready in your horse-riding gear. If you do not have a helmet, we can provide one at our stables. Take a bottle of water, sun cream and your camera with you. Our saddle blankets have pockets to take this along the ride. A driver will come to take you to the stable. We will select a good horse. Today we will do the full day horse tour in the back area of the mountains close to Petra, to a 100-year-old wild Pistachio tree, into the canyon with natural springs and lots of green, olive and grape gardens. There we can do a lunch. After the lunch ride into the bare mountains and see Bedouins with their goats/sheep. Ride to two beautiful viewpoints and then back to the stable, this will take at least from 10.00-16.00 After that transfer back to the hotel. Free evening! Options are Petra by night on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday evenings. And you can have dinner at the hotel or in one of the nice restaurants close to the hotel: Suncity, Al Qantarah. Or have a drink in the bar of the hotel or the Cave bar, 200 meters away from the hotel ENJOY!

Petra At 09.00 am transfer to the stables and start riding. Today you will ride to the high place of sacrifice, you will see Petra from the top of these viewpoints. It is riding in mountain area as well and in this area live a lot of local Bedouins, maybe they even invite you for a cup of Bedouin tea! Lunch will be prepared along the way. You will have stunning views over Petra and Wadi Araba! It is a good day riding; After the ride, transfer back to the hotel. Enjoy your evening! Maybe you like to join Petra Kitchen tonight! After breakfast at 09.00 am transfer to the stable. Today you will make a long ride of at least 6 hours + lunch all the way to Rajef village and the natural springs, you will enjoy it under the shade of fig trees, while the horses rest and have their lunch and cool water from the spring. You have beautiful views all over Wadi Araba from here. The riding will be over the mountains and through Rajef Village, on the way back you will see everything from the other way. At the end of the ride, tea at the stable and say goodbye to the horses! Enjoy your last evening in Petra. Overnight at Petra hotel, including breakfast.

After breakfast transfer from Petra to Dead Sea, via Wadi Araba about 3 hours, this is a beautiful road and like this you can see the whole dead sea. Noon time check in at Dead Sea hotel. Free time to spend at the beach and swimming pool, they also have a nice buffet restaurant for lunch and dinner. Overnight at the Dead Sea Hotel including breakfast.

Depends on your departure flight & time. Transfer to the airport in Amman in 45 minutes, Check in time 2.5 hrs. before departure.
